Return Policy

Our goal at Freshwater is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If for any reason that you aren’t, you may request that your returned item(s) be considered for store credit if they are returned within 14 days of the merchandise ship date/in-store purchase date.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to earn store credit. It must also be in the original packaging and with no stains or scents.

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Reports of damages must be made with 24 hours of receiving the item.

 

We do not accept returns on items such as hair clips, hats, or earrings due to hygienic purposes. We also do not accept returns on sale items. These are considered FINAL sale.

 

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please note that we will issue you a return label at a $5 fee that will be taken out of your full total once the item has been received. 

 

You should expect to receive your store credit within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive the store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will then process the return and issue you store credit via a digital gift card.
